• The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding has begun.
• Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for partial months.
• If you cancel, your access continues through the end of your current paid billing period, with no further charges after that.
• Refund requests for billing errors or duplicate charges will be reviewed and issued at our discretion within 5 business days.
