Terms of Service

1. The Service

Vera provides AI-powered voice agent software that answers and manages phone calls on behalf of home service businesses ("Customer"). The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described in the applicable pricing plan.

2. No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service

Vera is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available service. Voice AI technology has inherent limitations, and Customer acknowledges the Service may not correctly interpret or respond to every call in every circumstance.

3. Recording and AI Disclosure

Calls handled by Vera may be recorded and transcribed for service delivery, quality, and training purposes. Vera discloses this to callers at the start of each call. Customer is responsible for ensuring their own compliance with any additional state-specific consent requirements applicable to their business and customer base.

Vera identifies itself as an AI system when asked by a caller, and Customer acknowledges this is an automated system, not a human receptionist, notwithstanding its natural conversational style.

4. Fees and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding work has begun. Additional usage beyond a plan's included minutes is billed at the rate specified on our pricing page. Failure to pay may result in suspension of Service.

5. Cancellation

Either party may cancel with notice as described on our pricing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vera's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the fees paid by Customer in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Vera is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business, lost calls, or lost profits, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia.
